PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY 18TH BIRTHDAY PARTY WILL REQUIRE A SECURITY GUARD FOR A MINIMUM OF 4 HOURS FOR DURATION OF FUNCTION, ALSO AS SOON AS THE RESPONSIBLE ADULTS LEAVE THE FUNCTION ALL UNDERAGE GUESTS WILL HAVE TO DO SO AS WELL THE COST PER HOUR IS $38.50 PER SECURITY GUARD

Do children pay full price?
 
Children under the age of ten (10) pay 60% of the price per head for food packages. Children under five (5) incur no cost, If alcohol packages are picked then the equivalent soft drink package will  apply to children

How late can we stay?
 main bar opens till 12am Monday to Thursdays, 2am Friday & Saturdays,10pm Sundays.  After these times you have ½ hour to vacate the premises

Can I run a bar tab?
 Yes. You can keep the tab running all day/night or cap it at a fixed price. Alternatively, beverage packages per head can be arranged – see page 9 for more information. Payment required upfront, so you choose the limit!

Can I bring a cake and lolly bar?
 Cakes and lolly bars are both fine by us at no charge. All other food and beverages must be provided by the hotel. The cake can be cut and plated by our staff for $3.00 per head, more information in our terms and conditions.

Do I need to hire security?
 The need for security is considered for 18th and 21st birthday parties, the decision to hire security is at hotel discretion, incurred at your cost. We will not make the decision to hire security without consulting you first.
 
Can I bring a band/Dj/music?
 What’s a party without some music? Absolutely! Music must be within staff control at all times, if we request it to be turned down you must comply.

Can I decorate for my theme?
 We’d love you to! Let us know what time you’ll be swinging by to decorate and we’ll make sure the room is accessible. Our only no-nos are confetti and damage to property. This means no tape, pins or nails (but we do already have some in the walls you can use), blu tac works well. Bear in mind that if damage does occur or cleaning is in excess of normal standards additional fees apply.

My favourite drink isn’t on the menu, can it be provided?
 Let us know what you’re drinking and we’ll do our best to get it in stock for you. Selling price to be arranged by hotel once initial cost is determined. No BYO.

Do you have a courtesy bus?
 We do! If you know in advanced that you’ll be using the bus let us know so we can book you in for pickup, especially for large numbers.

How much do I pay in advanced?
 A $500 deposit must be paid to secure your booking, ( see point this will be returned after the function, It is also deemed to be a bond and does not form the full payment of function required 7 days before. All or some of this amount may be withheld in the event of cancellations, damage to property, fights/unruly behaviour or if excessive cleaning is required.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.CONFIRMATION: This form must be signed and non-refundable deposit paid, within fourteen (14) days of making your booking. Tentative bookings will be held for a period of fourteen (14) days.

·       It is up to yourself to pay the deposit on time as you will not be followed up on or chased for deposit, so if another function enquires and makes a deposits, you will miss out.

2.DEPOSIT (BOND): A non-refundable fee of $500 (SEE POINT 3) is to be paid upon confirmation of your booking if you wish to use the hotels private function room. THIS IS ALSO CALLED A BOND AND IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE FULL PAYMENT REQUIRED 7 DAYS PRIOR, THIS WILL BE REFUNDED BACK AFTER THE EVENING WITH EXCEPTIONS TO SEE POINTS 13,14,15 & 17- AS WELL AS EXTRA HOURS REQUIRED ETC

3. CANCELING YOUR FUNCTION & YOUR DEPOSIT : If you cancel a function and you have paid a deposit, and your function date was still over 60 days away, you will receive 50% of your deposit, PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THIS, If your function was due to be had under 60 days, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE BACK ANY OF YOU DEPOSIT BACK

4.FINAL NUMBERS: The function organisers must advise the guaranteed number of guests attending the function seven (7) days prior to function date. Age & number of children attending must also be supplied at this time. Children ten (10) years and under are charged at seventy percent (60%) of full price and children’s meal provided. Eleven (11) years and over, full price menu applies. Children must be supervised at all times whilst in the hotel. Any reduction after this date will be charged at previously guaranteed numbers.

5.FINAL BALANCE: In addition to final numbers, the outstanding balance is required seven (7) days prior to function date, unless a seven (7) day account has previously organised with the Hotel. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DEPOSIT ALSO FORMS A BOND AND WILL NOT BE USED AS THE FINAL FULL BALANCE PAYABLE

6.START/FINISH TIME: The function agrees to begin and vacate the designated space at the scheduled time.

7.COMPLIANCE: It is understood that the patron will conduct their function in an orderly manner and in full compliance with Hotel Management and all applicable laws. This includes, but is not limited to, liquor licensing laws, minors, non-smoking and responsible service of alcohol.

8.MENU SELECTION: The Hotel takes great pride in providing excellent food and service. In order to provide a quality experience, the Hotel requires your menu selection to be confirmed in writing no later than 7 days prior to the event. In the event of changing previous confirmed menu, price variation could be incurred by the client.

9.SIGNAGE AND DISPLAY: Nothing is to be nailed, screwed of fixed in any way to any wall, (INCLUDING TAPE) door or other part of the building unless the Hotel grants prior permission..

10.OUTSIDE CATERERS: No food or beverage of any kind will be permitted into the Hotel for consumption at the function by the patron or any of the patrons’ guests unless previously approved by hotel manager, (i.e.: birthday cake, etc)

11.INSURANCE: The Hotel will not accept responsibility for damage or loss of merchandise left in the Hotel prior, during or after a function. The organiser of the function must arrange own insurance/security.

12.FIRE SAFETY: The use of compressed gas, flammable liquid/gas, heaters, lamps, lanterns and other heat producing devices are forbidden in the hotel. Unless prior written approval  from hotel manager

13.ELECTRICAL: Any use of electrical equipment beyond what is supplied by the Hotel will incur the cost of installation or rewiring / reconnection.

14.CONFETTI: Confetti or rice grains are not permitted inside the hotel or the grounds.

15.CLEANING: General cleaning is included in the hire of any space within the hotel, however, if cleaning requirements are considered excessive at completion of any function, additional cleaning charges will apply

16.DELIVERIES: All deliveries to the Hotel must be advised to the Hotel Manager / Head Chef prior to arrival and must be clearly marked with the function name and date. Deliveries must arrive during normal business hours. The Hotel does not provide storage space for goods unless previously arranged.

17.SECURITY: The Hotel reserves the right to exclude or eject any and all objectionable person(s) from the function or Hotel premises without liability. The hotel also reserves the right to charge for hired security guards if they deem appropriate for your function

18.CAKES PROVIDED BY ORGANISER: A charge of $2.50 per person for cutting, plating, bagging and or garnishing of all cakes. Bags are to be provided by organizer. A charge of $3.00 per person applies if cake provided by organizer is to be used as dessert in place of dessert provided by hotel (or if agreed to by CEO, this could be waived)

19.PRICES: All prices are based on current costs & are subject to change without notice to meet price increases any functions for 2017 add 3%, 2018 add 6%

20.UNFORESEEN EVENTS: The Hotel does not accept liability in the event of any natural disaster, labour dispute, transportation strike, picketing, power failure, or other unforeseen circumstance beyond the Hotel’s control.

21.GUESTS UNDER 18 YEARS: The Hotel does not accept responsibility for guests under the age of eighteen years.  All minors attending functions at the Hotel must be accompanied by a responsible adult and under no circumstance may they be served or provided alcohol.

22.MUSIC: Music and entertainment is at discretion of hotel management and will be controlled by hotel management at all times.
